Tested every working day
Every module is proven in daily institutional use before it reaches you. If a feature is not used for a month, it comes out.
That is the whole reason this exists. Our founding team has over three decades in education and has run institutions day to day. We went looking for software that solved the morning substitution problem, could not find one that survived a real Monday, and built this instead, module by module, against live conditions.
Every module is proven in daily institutional use before it reaches you. If a feature is not used for a month, it comes out.
Your teachers are not on new phones and your connection is not always good. The product assumes both.
If a class teacher needs a session to mark an absence, the screen is wrong. We fix the screen.
Your questions reach the people who decided how it works, not a support queue.
The five modules
Module 01
Today: the absence register, the timetable and three phone calls, done standing up before the first bell.
What it does
Mark who is absent. The planner proposes cover from teachers who are actually free, tracks how many periods each has already taken, and publishes the day sheet.
What changes
The first half hour of your morning comes back, and the load is spread fairly enough that nobody argues about it.
Module 02
Today: you ask the coordinator, she asks the teachers, and the answer arrives three days later.
What it does
Teachers submit plans in the format you set. You see, by class and by week, who has submitted, who is late and what was actually covered.
What changes
Compliance stops being a chase. You know before an inspection, not during one.
Module 03
Today: results sit in separate sheets per term, so a child sliding downhill is noticed at the annual result.
What it does
Records marks by subject and term, shows a class or an individual child as a trend, and flags falls early.
What changes
You can speak to a parent with evidence in front of you, in the term it matters.
Module 04
Today: outstanding fees are a register, a calculator and a difficult phone call made twice.
What it does
Shows exactly what is due by class and by family, records part payments, and generates the follow-up list and receipts.
What changes
Collection becomes one clean pass a week instead of a month-end scramble.
Module 05
Today: your office answers the same twenty questions about timings, fees, documents and holidays every single day.
What it does
Answers routine questions from your own school information, drafts circulars and notices, and hands anything unusual to a person.
What changes
Your staff spend their time on the enquiries that actually need judgement.
Performance and fee records mean you are trusting us with information about children and families. You are entitled to know the terms before you decide.
Your records belong to the school. You can export them in a standard format at any time, and we delete them on written request.
We store what the module requires to work. No marketing use, no sale of data, no sharing with a third party you have not approved.
A class teacher sees her class. The accounts clerk sees fees. The Principal sees everything. Nobody sees more than their work requires.
Before rollout you get a data agreement in plain language, signed by the company, covering storage, access and deletion.
You do not have to move the whole school at once, and you should not.
Week 1
We show the modules on your own timetable and staff list. You decide what is worth starting with.
Week 2
We load your classes, sections, teachers and timetable. You check it before anyone else sees it.
Weeks 3-4
Usually the substitution planner, because the benefit is visible the first morning.
Onward
Further modules when the last one is settled. Support by phone and WhatsApp from our own team, not a queue.
Pricing depends on the number of teachers and which modules you take, so we quote after the demonstration rather than publishing a figure that would not apply to you. Ask, and you will get it in writing the same week.
A live demonstration takes about twenty minutes, on a call or at your school. We will use your own timetable and staff list if you send them, so you are watching your school, not a sample.
